2What are the hotel’s check-in time and check-out time?

The Hotel’s standard check-in time is at 2 p.m. and the standard check-out time is at noon the next day.

3Do you allow early check-in?

Yes, an early check-in between 12 pm to 2 pm is complimentary, subject to availability. For an early check-in between 9 am to 12 pm, a half-day room rate charge will apply. Should you like to have a guaranteed early check-in, you have to book the full night before your arrival.

4Do you allow late check-out?

Yes, a late check-out between 12 pm to 1 pm is complimentary, subject to availability. For, a late check-out between 2 pm to 6 pm, a half-day room rate charge will apply. A full night room charge will apply for check-out from 6 pm onwards.

5What documents do I need to present upon check-in?

Guest needs to present a valid government photo ID along with the printed or electronic booking confirmation upon arrival.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and direct deposit.

No, please be informed that the hotel is a 100% non-smoking facility.
12Do you have rooms with a kitchen?

Yes, all suites have a kitchen which consists of cutlery, plates, glassware, rice cooker, microwave oven, electric stove, electric kettle, tea and coffee tray, pans, and two-door refrigerator.

14Can I book a room for someone else using my credit card?

The nearest airport to the Hotel is Ninoy Aquino International Airport which is approximately 10 km away.

Due to the pandemic, we are waiving the incidental deposit for now.
24Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You may refer to the cancellation policy of your booking.
25Do you offer parking slots for hotel guests?

Yes, there is one (1) complimentary parking slot per car per room, subject to availability on a first come first serve basis.

26Can I change my room type upon check-in?
Yes, however, our rooms are subject to room availability. Applicable charges and rate differences may be applied.
27Can I store my bag?

Yes, we do offer complimentary luggage storage for all registered guests. Please keep in mind that any oversized and suspicious items may be denied storage.

28Do kids stay free?

Yes, children ages 11 years old and below are allowed to stay free of charge as long as they are accompanied by their parents/guardian. The number of kids allowed depends on the maximum occupancy of the room.

Quarantine Stay

1Are you a DOH-BOQ-Accredited Quarantine Hotel?

Yes, the Hotel is an accredited quarantine facility by the Department of Health - Bureau of Quarantine.

2How much does it cost for a quarantine stay?

3What is the recommended number of days to stay for guests during quarantine?

As mandated by the government, all guests on quarantine are required to complete a minimum stay of 10 calendar days.

4Does all quarantine stay on a single occupancy?

For safety purposes, we highly encourage our guests on quarantine to be on single occupancy. Multiple guests like families and friends may stay in one big room or suite as long as they can provide requirements in item number 5.

5What are the requirements for guests on quarantine that will stay with multiple guests?

The guests must present proof of kinship (e.g. Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate) or documents stating that they are both living in the same household (e.g. valid government-issued photo IDs, billing indicating the same home address, Certificate of Residency from LGU).

6What are full-board meals?

A full-board meal includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

7What kind of food is included in full-board meals?

The full-board meal provision is at Chef’s discretion. Please inform us of any food restrictions, allergies, and other special needs (e.g. halal) so we can customize your meal plan during quarantine.

8Can guests book without full-board meals?

Yes, you may order through room service at our restaurant.

9Do you allow outside food delivery during my quarantine?

No, deliveries of any item in and out of the hotel are prohibited, except for health-related items such as medicines and medical equipment. Outside food such as Grab food, online food deliveries, and food from relatives are not allowed. Please inform us of any food restrictions, allergies, and other special needs (e.g. halal) so we can customize your meal plan during quarantine.

10Are guests on quarantine allowed to go out of the hotel?

As mandated by the government, all guests on quarantine are strictly prohibited from going out of the room.

11Do you allow visitors during my quarantine?

No, all guests on quarantine are prohibited to accept visitors during stay.

12If a guest on quarantine received an RT-PCR positive result, what do you do?

The guest will be assisted by Makati City Epidemiological Surveillance Unit (CESU) accordingly.

13Is there a refund if the guest receives the RT-PCR test results earlier than the entire stay duration?

Yes, a refund may be provided should you book your quarantine longer than required.

14Do you provide a refund if a guest will cancel the reservation due to flight cancellation?

Yes, we may provide a full refund as long as the guest may provide proof of flight cancellation.

15Can I request for any gym equipment delivered to my room during quarantine?

No, we do not offer such services.
