2What are the hotel’s check-in time and check-out time?
The Hotel’s standard check-in time is at 2 p.m. and the standard check-out time is at noon the next day.
3Do you allow early check-in?
Yes, an early check-in between 12 pm to 2 pm is complimentary, subject to availability. For an early check-in between 9 am to 12 pm, a half-day room rate charge will apply (subject to availability). Should you like to have a guaranteed early check-in, you have to book the full night before your arrival.
4Do you allow late check-out?
Yes, a late check-out between 12 pm to 1 pm is complimentary, subject to availability. For a late check-out between 2 pm to 6 pm, a half-day room rate charge will apply (subject to availability). A full night room charge will apply for check-out from 6 pm onwards.
5What documents do I need to present upon check-in?
Guest needs to present a valid government photo ID along with the printed or electronic booking confirmation upon arrival.

No, please be informed that the hotel is a 100% non-smoking facility.

Yes, all suites have a kitchen which consists of cutlery, plates, glassware, rice cooker, microwave oven, electric stove, electric kettle, tea and coffee tray, pans, and two-door refrigerator.

Yes. However, please be advised that all balconies are closed and inaccessible for safety and security reasons.

Yes. You may refer to the cancellation policy of your booking.
