TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promo is open to all Maybank Credit and Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders”). Maybank Credit Cardholder must be active and in good credit standing.
2. Promo is also open to all active Regional Credit Cards / Maybank Credit Cards issued outside the Philippines.
3. Booking Period is from August 8, 2023 to May 31, 2024.
   Stay Period is from August 8, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
4. Cardholders can get 15% OFF on Best Available Rates.
5. Cardholder must use his/her Maybank Credit or Debit Card to avail of the promo.
6. Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other ongoing promos, privileges, and other discounts of One Pacific Place Serviced Residences and Maybank.
7. Offer is not transferrable and not convertible to cash or gift certificate.
8. Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with One Pacific Place Serviced Residences that
   Cardholder will avail of the promo.

9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
10. In case of dispute related to the promo, Maybank’s decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
